We’re looking for a motivated, organised and community-minded person to join our Fife Private Rental Solutions (FPRS) team as a Lettings Officer.

📍 Location: Kirkcaldy
🕓 Hours: 36 per week
💷 Salary: £25,272 per annum

About the Role

As Lettings Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting tenants and landlords in the private rented sector. The job involves:

  • Starting and ending tenancies
  • Communicating with landlords, letting agents and tenants
  • Providing welfare advice and financial inclusion support

We’re looking for someone with experience in the housing sector, ideally with knowledge of private renting legislation. SVQ Level III in Housing (or equivalent) is required, and strong communication skills are essential.
