Trust in Fife feature twice in Fife Councils August edition of Down Your Street. Trust in Fife were lucky enough to have two articles in this addition. One on the creation of a mindfulness garden at The Oasis Project in Kirkcaldy, which offers a peaceful place to relax, think and take time to yourself, along side the garden being used for mindfulness sessions.
