Trust in Fife, The Cairn Centre – Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a return from the date that you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it.

As soon as we have inspected the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

If your item is faulty, please request a return for the item as soon as you notice the fault. We will inspect the item to confirm and diagnose the fault and if we confirm the item is faulty you have the right to a refund.

To initiate a return please contact us either by calling the Cairn Centre on 01592 044060 or emailing us at cairncentre2@trustinfife.co.uk . In your email, please give us as much detail as you can including:

1. The reason for your return
2. Your order number
3. Shipping and billing address (if different).
