Please describe what items you wish to donate in as much detail as possible. If you are donating bric-a-brac or books, just the quantity of boxes or items will suffice. Please note: all items must be in sellable or good quality condition. We CANNOT accept the following items: Used Duvets and pillows (covers and sheets are accepted), Beds without a clean mattress and vice-versa, Underwear, Lingerie, or anything that might get used on Feb 14th (yes, we have seen it all), Sharp knives, anything age restricted, Opened or used ladies cosmetics, Food and Drinks (Please donate these to local foodbanks), Baby Car seats, Bike Helmets, Wigs

By selecting Accept you agree to the following conditions of collection. 1. You understand that the collection is at the drivers discretion. 2. You are aware that we are unable to accept some fabric furniture unless the item has a relevant fire labels

By selecting "Accept" you confirm that all items are in a good condition and you believe to be sellable or reusable to the best of your knowledge. In recent years ALL charity shops have noticed a considerable uptick in tip-donating where people will donate because it is easier than taking items to landfill, this has a massive detrimental effect to all charities as we cannot dispose of these items for free leading to large bills. Please do your part to help all charities navigate the costs of disposal by only donating items that you would consider purchasing yourself, Help Us to Help People rather than our income going to recycling companies.

Please be as detailed as possible, it really helps us understand what you have. For instance if you are donating a 10 bags of bric then tell us what the rough contents are. Is it Books? Glassware? Ornaments? If you are donating furniture give us specifics on material and colors.
