Company Develpoment Day

On Thursday 11th May, Trust in Fife held a Company Development Day for the full staff team at The Rothes Halls, Glenrothes. All staff attended and participated in what was a very productive day. The day was opened by the Chair of our Board, David Armitage and, in the morning, presentations were given by Joan Lamie, Fife Council, Housing Manager for Homelessness Service; John Jenks, PSP Co-ordinator; and Caroline McCall and Karen Dick, Trust in Fife Managers. All staff participated in a service mapping session in the afternoon.
The morning session set the scene, with information being shared on future changes to Prevention of Homelessness Services to meet Welfare Reform, what is happening with Fife’s Short Term Housing Support and Homelessness Service Public Social Partnership (PSP) and what the future holds for Trust in Fife.
The service mapping session allowed staff to contribute to how Trust in Fife’s services are now and, moving forward with this, further sessions will be held to look at current services and what can be done to streamline these services for the future.
